Shipping Info

We usually ship Silaé Smart Desk IoT units within 2 weeks  of order confirmation.

Note:

Please note that we don’t ship your Silaé Smart Desk units unless your payment is confirmed. You will receive confirmation of your order and payment via email and WhatsApp.

Once the Silaé Smart Desks have been shipped, you would require to book an appointment for our installation & commissioning team to complete the factory setup.

Our processing and shipping time excludes weekends and public holidays.

Return & Refund Policy

  • If you need to cancel your lease or change to a different plan, contact Silaé Customer Success team as mentioned in your account contract. If you cancel in the middle of a billing period, the account changes will take effect at the end of the period if eligible. Once you downgrade, you will lose all Business plan features at the end of the current billing period.

Hardware Lease Warranty

Warranty. The Hardware is provided with repair / replacement limited warranty of Hardware diagnosed with manufacturing defect and malfunction. The warranty will be subject to terms and conditions of warranty manual of Licensor.

Exceptions:

  • The Licensee shall be responsible for security and access of user accounts provided by Licensor.

  • The Licensee shall be solely responsible for security and safety of Hardware, Firmware & Software installed at client location.

  • In case any hardware is found missing, lost or damaged, the Licensee shall be liable to pay replacement fee and installation charges to Licensor.

Hardware Maintenance Services 

  • Silaé will provide Hardware maintenance service for the leased Hardware throughout the Hardware Warranty Period.

  • The Hardware lease rates include all charges and costs associated with providing the Hardware maintenance services during the Hardware Warranty Period.

  • Silaé will continue to provide Hardware maintenance services for any part of the leased Hardware that is repaired, replaced, or otherwise made good as part of the Hardware maintenance service for the remainder of the Hardware Warranty Period that applied to the original item of leased Hardware
